1. First we picked a shape to print.
2. Second we grabbed a brush.
3. Third we painted the brush.
4. Fourth we painted the shape we wanted to print.
5. Next we pressed on our shape
6. 
   
7. Finally we printed our shape.

The incident of when Zelie found Amari in Lagos and helped her escape helped me to understand the idea of the importance between friends and family because it shows that even if you don't know somone helping them is the right thing to do because it can help them in life. "You must protect those who can't protect themselves".

How The Pyramids Were Built

In order for the Ancient Egyptians to transport the stone for the pyramids they wet the sand it was to be carried on. Dampening the sand reduced the friction for the sled to be slid over the sand which meant it was easier to carry the big stones over the sand. This process is shown in Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics which explains how the process worked. Thanks too the Ancient Egyptians innovation of hieroglyphics we now know how they transported the stones for the Pyramids.

The Pyramids are triangular in shape because the Egyptians understood that the triangle is the strongest shape in the physical world. The Egyptians knew this because they developed mathematics.

The Egyptians had a good understanding of geometry which involves shapes. Because of Ancient Egyptians understanding of geometry we now know why the pyramids are triangular.

Essay Pre-planning’

My key event is going to be when Zelie turns back into a maji. The important character I picked is Zelie. Zelie went through a few changes throughout the book. During this event, she changed from being full of fear and anger to be strong and brave, from wild white hair that was as straight as a blade to having just a streak of white that went curly and wavy as she gains her magic, and she went from having magic to no magic to then having magic again. Using reaper magic to connect to the gods.

I think students are not addicted to their cellphones. I think cellphones are a good idea for students because students can recieve email, Text friends, do work and play games.

Not all students are addicted to their cellphones. A lot of students are addicted to the apps on their cellphones. Uncle google said Clicker Heroes is the most addictive game on Iphone and that game is trash so no one probably plays it.

This scene is called the “Go for a run” scene. In this scene P.K and Gideon Duma go for a run, P.K and Gideon Duma run pass lots of stuff in the village.

In the scene where PK and Gideon Duma are going for a run we see the aspect of long shot. We can see the long queue for the toilet. The director used this longshot to show how many people were waiting for the toilet and showed us how unfair it was for people living in the townships. This makes the audience feel bad for those people waiting in line, It also helps us to remember what it was like back then. This is important in the world because people would look back at it and it could stop it from happening again.

In this scene we also see 2 mid shots. One of the mid shots we see PK drink out of a whites only water fountain and in the other shot we see Gideon Duma drink out of a non whites only water fountain.

Science

Aim: To make acid-base indicators using everyday substances.


Method: chop the cabbage into small pieces until you have enough to fill 2 cups. Place the cabbage in a large beaker and add water to cover the cabbage. Boil over a Bunsen burner for at least ten minutes for the color to leach out of the cabbage. Filter out the plant material to obtain a red-purple-bluish colored liquid. This liquid is at about pH 7. (The exact color you get depends on the pH of the water.) Place a small beaker and leave to one side. Repeat this method for the beetroot.

In English we have been leaning how to write a SEXXY paragraph.

The director used longshot of a guard showing his power and about to punish geelpiet. In this long shot, you can see the guard's legs and baton, geelpiet, doc, pk and some prisoners sitting on the ground. In this particular scene, the director used the aspect of a long shot to emphasize the guard's power and what he could do with PK, geelpiet and doc. This scene makes the audience feel terrified and say oh no! and feel suspicious about the guard.
